Why did you choose your profession?
I always have passion of helping people. With the understanding of how financial markets work; I found the areas of collateral financing, prime brokerage and hedge funds are extremely interesting and also be able to help our clients succeed.
Who are your main influencers?
I have a lot of admiration for courageous women who have been relentlessly driving changes; such as Rosa Park, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Michelle Obama. Their actions spoke the loudest of their beliefs and have set example for generations to come.
Describe your greatest accomplishment.
In 2013, as part of the passion to drive gender diversity, I have the opportunity to collaborate with three other banks and formed a network of financial institutions (SWIN) to drive that initiative. In a short two years, SWIN has grown to be a community of 16 companies which hosted many public and private events in training, promoting and sharing the gender diversity experience.
What are you working on right now?
Recently, I am learning everything about technology, from social media to coding to blockchain and machine learning; with the purpose of welcoming the appreciation of technology to improve lives and drive business success.
What are your long-term goals?
Substantiality - no matter in business or in humanity. I hope to mentor and coach the next generations and groom them to be responsible leaders for the future.
